How does it work?

Phase 1

1. Fill out the form, indicating the quantities and products you want to entrust to us, as well as when you'd like to be contacted.

2You will receive a detailed quote within 48 hours based on the services you desire.

3. Once the project is agreed upon, prepare your goods. We will collect them from your warehouse and return them to you, transferred and labeled according to your wishes.

E-commerce

Phase 2

1. Every day, we collect the received orders, pack them (according to your instructions), and ship them directly to the final customer.

2. We handle order management and contact with the final customer regarding delivery.

What is NOT included in the optional e-commerce package, and why:

Technical assistance on your products:

We believe only you can properly explain the benefits of your product to customers and advise them on which type is best suited to their needs. Therefore, in the product listings, we will also include your company’s contact details in case the customer wants more information.

Handling of damaged product returns

We package goods exactly according to your instructions. However, items may get damaged (e.g., due to careless couriers). In such cases, we will arrange for the return of the goods directly to your facility.

Marketing

Having a specialized marketing department for every type of product we package for our clients is not something we can accomplish with the necessary efficiency.

We love challenges, but we prefer to focus all our energy on what we do best: transferring, shipping, and e-commerce support. However, we collaborate with external agencies who can provide you with marketing advice.
